Zusy writes on this social media post: "The flawed Multifamily Housing ordinance (MFH) is actively destroying the fabric of our neighborhoods. This morning at 214 Allston St., a perfectly good 2-family home that provided critical housing for middle income residents was needlessly torn down. It will be replaced with 2 luxury townhouses that the developer says will each sell for $2.5m or more. This is a complete betrayal of the MFH's intent. We need to amend the ordinance now."
CCC: Who We Are: We are activists and regular residents who have joined together to make our city more livable, affordable, sustainable, and accountable.
